    1. Introduction

    LWGYML series intelligent liquid turbine flow meter is a new type of intelligent instrument with integrated turbine flow sensor and display product calculation developed by advanced ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology, which has obvious advantages such as compact mechanism, clear reading, high reliability, undisturbed by external power supply, lightning resistance and low cost.


    2. Features

    • High accuracy, usually reach ±1%R,±0.5%R,or even reach ±0.2%R for high-precision type.
    • Good repeatability, it can reach 0.05%-0.2% in short term, if regular calibration or online calibration can get an extremely high accuracy, so it is preferred in foreign trade.
    • Pulse signal output, it is suitable for totalizer measurement and computer connection, no zero drift,strong capacity of resisting disturbance.
    • High frequency signal(3-4KHz), strong signal resolution.
    • Wide range, middle and big diameter can reach 1:20, and small diameter can reach 1:10.
    • Compact structure, easy installation and maintenance.

    3. Application

    Turbine Flowmeter is widely used in the following measurement objects: oil, organic liquid, inorganic liquid, liquefied gas, natural gas, gas and cryogenic fluid and so on. It is widely used for trade settlement at the transshipment and gathering stations of liquefied petroleum gas, refined oil and light crude oil abroad, and at the first and last stations of large crude oil pipelines. In Europe and the United States, turbine Flowmeters are natural gas meters second only to orifice Flowmeters. Only in the Netherlands, more than 2600 gas turbine Flowmeters of various sizes and pressures from 0.8MPa to 6.5MPa have been used in natural gas pipelines. They have become excellent natural gas Flowmeters. Although the excellent metering characteristics of turbine Flowmeter are favored by people, it gives people the impression that it is made up of moving parts with short service life and hesitation in selection. Through people's unremitting efforts, it should be said that the situation has greatly improved.Turbine Flowmeter as the most general Flowmeter, its products have been developed into a multi-variety, full-series, multi-specification mass production scale.
