    1. Introduction

    LWGYML series intelligent liquid turbine flowmeter is a new intelligent instrument which is developed by using advanced ultra-low power monolithic microcomputer technology and integrates turbine flow sensor with display and integration. It has obvious advantages such as compact structure, intuitive and clear reading, high reliability, no interference from external power supply, lightning resistance and low cost.


    2. Features

    • High accuracy, usually reach ±1%R,±0.5%R,or even reach ±0.2%R for high-precision type.
    • Good repeatability, it can reach 0.05%-0.2% in short term, if regular calibration or online calibration can get an extremely high accuracy, so it is preferred in foreign trade.
    • Pulse signal output, it is suitable for totalizer measurement and computer connection, no zero drift,strong capacity of resisting disturbance.
    • High frequency signal(3-4KHz), strong signal resolution.
    • Wide range, middle and big diameter can reach 1:20, and small diameter can reach 1:10.
    • Compact structure, easy installation and maintenance.

    3. Application

    Turbine flowmeter is widely used in the following measurement objects: petroleum, organic liquid, inorganic liquid, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal gas and cryogenic fluid. In foreign countries, liquefied petroleum gas, refined oil and light crude oil are used for trade settlement in the first and last stations of large crude oil pipelines. In Europe and the United States, turbine flowmeter is second only to orifice flowmeter, while in the Netherlands alone, more than 2,600 turbine flowmeters with various sizes and pressures ranging from 0.8MPa to 6.5MPa have been used in natural gas pipelines, and they have become excellent natural gas flowmeters. Although the excellent metering characteristics of turbine flowmeter are favored by people, it gives people the impression that it is made up of moving parts and has a short service life, so it is inevitable to hesitate when choosing them. After people's unremitting efforts, it should be said that the situation has changed greatly. As the most universal flowmeter, the turbine flowmeter has developed into a mass production scale with multiple varieties, full series and multiple specifications. Turbine flowmeter is widely used in some special departments besides the aforementioned industrial departments, such as scientific research and experiment, national defense science and technology, and metering departments. The use of these fields just avoids its weakness (not suitable for long-term continuous use) and gives full play to its characteristics (high precision, good repeatability, and can be used in high pressure, high temperature, low temperature and micro-flow conditions).
